Bilbo is a puppy through and through and this adorable boy is as silly, sweet, and entertaining as they come! He plays hard, naps hard, and explores everything with puppy curiosity. If something is within reach, Bilbo is pretty sure it deserves to go in his mouth!

This happy boy absolutely loves people and squeaky toys. He gets along wonderfully with his canine foster sister and would likely enjoy having other dogs to play with. He is curious about the resident cat when he remembers the cat exists but for the most part, he happily leaves him alone. Bilbo loves kids, too, although he gets so excited that he hasn't quite mastered calm and polite interactions yet. He'll need a family willing to help him learn his puppy manners.

Bilbo is a smart little guy and is already learning! He's mastered “sit” as long as there aren't too many distractions and is working on “stay,” “down,” and walking nicely on a leash. Like any young puppy, he's still a work in progress, but he's eager to learn and will thrive with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement.

Bilbo is currently receiving medicated baths every other day for a skin issue and will continue to need appropriate veterinary follow-up. His foster family is also hoping to get his rabies and third distemper vaccines at his upcoming checkup in two weeks.

And then there's Bilbo's personality! He's vocal, funny, and full of puppy antics. He even gets the zoomies when he's tired, because apparently that's exactly when a puppy should run around like a tiny tornado! 😂

Bilbo is still working on a few things, including car rides—he wants to love riding in the car, but unfortunately gets carsick right now. His forever family will need to be patient as he grows and learns.
