Cucuta found himself needing a major apt due to his previous owner not taking him to get the care he needed and doing at home split with duct tape.it took animal control to come due to his screaming in the back yard and he came to us where we underwent amptutation surgery for relief and his leg unfortunately couldn't be saved due to the damage underneath
