Rhubarb is a petite girl at around 40lbs. she loves learning from other dogs and is very easy going. She is still learning all her hose manners like grabbing a snack off the counter when your not looking . She was left chained outside with her babies when we go to her, she has no reason to love humans but she does very much and enjoys a good cuddle sesh and playing outside with her foster siblings.
